I’m a cookbook author, journalist, editor, producer and content strategist working in print, video and digital.

My first cookbook, SALAD PIZZA WINE will be published on May 23, 2023 by Penguin Random House Canada. I am currently working on my second cookbook which will be published by Rizzoli International in the Fall 2024.

I have created, produced and written documentary shows for television and digital platforms. I was an award-winning editor at enRoute magazine, where I collaborated with writers, photographers and brands to craft captivating travel stories.

Oh, and I also love to perform goofs as an improviser and sketch comedian.
